New Abilities

Pachycephalosaurus is one of the more nimble yet hard-hitting herbivores in Path of Titans, but we wanted to give it a bit more punch with its TLC. Pachycephalosaurus now takes advantage of new bone-shattering mechanics with the recently updated bone break system. With that being said, let's get into all of its new abilities and playstyles.

New Attacks

Using the new Charged Headbutt attack, Pachycephalosaurus can inflict the Fracture effect on its opponents and slow them down over time by fracturing bones! For more immediate results, its can use Skull Bash to apply the Dazed effect to its enemies. The Dazed effect slows targets down and prevents them from using any of their abilities for 3 seconds. But be warned, as missing this attack can cause the Dazed effect to backfire.

If Pachycephalosaurus just wants to unleash raw damage in combat, then the new Hide ability, Kickboxer is the one to use. Kickboxer doubles the damage dealt by Charge and Kick attacks, but removes any knockback those attacks would previously inflict, trading stun for damage.

Dodge

Pachycephalosaurus can now use its new Dodge ability to get away from foes, and can even combine this with its Charge attack to maneuver better on the battlefield. Pachycephalosaurus is also able to jump and turn quickly as an intrinsic part of its movement, making it an overall very mobile herbivore.

Knockback

Pachycephalosaurus can now also lean heavily into its knockback-oriented playstyle. Using the new head attack: Batter, Pachycephalosuarus can swing its head in a 180 degrees motion to push other creatures around. Or combine its knockback attacks with the new Hide ability, Domed Skull, which increases the power of its knockbacks and lets it use its charge attack even more effectively.
